Warranty

At Teekhaikart, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of all our products. Each item we manufacture is created with the finest materials and undergoes thorough testing and quality checks to ensure superior performance. We stand behind our products by offering a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of receipt.

If you believe that your product has a defect, please reach out to us at info@teekhaikart.com, providing a valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt). We will either repair or replace the defective item, or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.

Please note that we cannot process warranty claims without valid proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND:

All warranty claims are carefully tested by our in-house team to verify the functionality of the product, as customer satisfaction is our priority. Sometimes, what seems like a defect is just a case of "frustration with an unfamiliar product" (FWAPTU). Before returning your product, please review the user manual or contact us at info@teekhaikart.com for troubleshooting. If the product is determined to be fully functional after testing, we will return it to you.

Teekhaikart warrants against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by third-party devices used in conjunction with our products.

Should a defect arise in a Teekhaikart product within the 1-year warranty period, and a valid claim is received, we will, at our discretion:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished model.
  3. Refund the purchase price of the defective product.

Please be aware that this warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, or mishandling of the product. Additionally, it does not extend to the replacement or cost of any external devices used in combination with our products.
