How can I track my order?

Delivery times are specified on each product page. Generally, orders are delivered within 4-8 business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays. The exact delivery time depends on your location.

How does the delivery process work?

We partner with reputable courier services for all deliveries. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. We recommend being available when the courier attempts delivery.

I need my order urgently!

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we're always open to special requests. Contact us, and we'll see what we can arrange.

How do I return an item?

What if I receive a damaged item?

COD is available for most pin codes. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered. Please note that COD may incur an additional charge as per our shipping policy.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Do you offer price adjustments for items that go on sale?

Our sales are temporary price reductions, not permanent changes. We cannot offer price adjustments after purchase.

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
