Return Policy
- Customers can return their order within 30 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned products, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- For self-shipped returns, please package the items securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the shipping details at support@teekhaikart.com, including your Order ID.
Note: For replacements, please follow the return procedure for the item you wish to replace. Once processed, you'll receive store credit or a discount coupon in your Teekhaikart account to order the new product.
The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For returns due to reasons other than manufacturing defects (e.g., dislike, wrong size ordered), a nominal fee of ₹150 will be charged for reverse pickup arrangements.
In case of manufacturing defects, please share clear images or videos of the received product for verification. We can only process a replacement or return after completing the verification process.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions for Refund
- You can request a refund or free replacement for any order within 45 days of delivery, provided the products are defective or damaged.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Guest users need to register using the email address used for placing the order to access their account.

Refund Procedure Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation.
- You'll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.
Return Address
Please courier the product back to the address mentioned on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over ₹5000.
Refund Status Inquiries
We keep our customers updated via email throughout the refund process. If our last email indicates that we've initiated the refund, please allow time for the process to complete. For any queries, contact us at support@teekhaikart.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 45 days after delivery
Gift Returns
For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient:
- A gift credit for the return value will be issued
- A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received
If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Important Note
Teekhaikart will never ask for your credit/debit card numbers or OTP for processing refunds. Please do not share this sensitive information with anyone, including Teekhaikart representatives.
